The Food Vacuum Sealer with Standard Mouth Sealer Converter Kit is suitable for both wide mouth and regular mouth Mason jars (Mason jars not included). Simply center the electric vacuum sealer firmly against the jar lid, click the button to start the 40-second or longer vacuum pump, and the air will be evacuated to seal the jar. Click the button again to close the sealer.

Our electric Mason jar vacuum sealer contains two sizes of mouth seals for your convenience. To use the standard mouth seal, insert the red arrow on the standard mouth seal converter, align it with the unlock symbol on the main unit, then insert it inside the silicone ring in the wide mouth seal area and twist it clockwise until the arrow aligns with the lock symbol, indicating a successful installation.

For best results, do not overfill the Mason jars with liquid food, and ensure the lids are dry. Excessive liquid can reduce the air pressure difference between the inside and outside of the jar, resulting in an improper seal.
